Open Heart Journey 2025
The current general itinerary is as follows (subject to change)

Daily Yoga and Meditation will be offered in the mornings

Arrival Day - Thursday May 8th
We will have a welcome ceremony in the evening with Cacao and get to know everyone! Going into town or to a local restaurant nearby for dinner is an option available and some light bites will be available on property. Optional micro dose plant ceremony available for those who choose to participate.

Friday May 9th
We will be preparing for our ceremony on Saturday by helping prepare our medicine. We can pour our collective love into the cactus we will consume in ceremony. Food will be somewhat light today in preparation for Saturday.

Saturday May 10th
Today is why we are here - we will really open our hearts with the plant medicine ceremony. We will not be eating very much on this day - very light food will be available toward the end of the ceremony.

Sunday May 11th
Today we will have time to integrate, share, and connect in a relaxed atmosphere. We will head to a local beach to enjoy time in nature and enjoy some waves and sun. We are getting a small airbnb to have a kitchen and bathroom nearby. We will provide some healthy food options to consume at the beach.

Monday May 12th
Our journey together will come to an end. You will either head home or maybe you'll stay in the area and enjoy all Baja has to offer!
Travel Information & Other Details

Flights - You will need to fly into the San Jose del Cabo Airport - SJD is the airport code. Many airlines fly into this airport, so be sure to check around for the best rate. Be sure to check Southwest Airlines as they do not show up on any of the airline booking sites. I highly suggest booking your flight on the airline's own website vs sites like Expedia or Kayak. I suggest you fly in as early as you can the first day (May 8th) and fly out in the afternoon or evening on the last day (May 12th)

Airport transportation - You will make your own arrangements to get to Pure Baja Suites and Retreats. This site will be updated with shuttle information and options for drivers and we will also email information to everyone. The cost will vary depending on what option you choose and if you share with anyone. We will try to help you coordinate this as well. If you want to rent a car, that works too! ​Passport Books - US Citizens are required to travel with a Passport Book (NOT a Passport Card) If you are not a US Citizen, you will need to look up the entry requirements for your country of citizenship.

Alcohol Free at Pure Baja - For the safety and comfort of all participants, we have chosen to be "dry" during the retreat at the retreat property, Pure Baja. When you are off property (such as at dinner or when we have the beach day) you can purchase and consume alcohol.
